This is the heart of your oven, which needs to be insulated, built in and finished to suit you.

TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION
- Assembled at our factory by specialized staff, the oven arrives ready to use in your restaurant.
- The oven comes on a pallet
- It ย can be lifted by crane or moved with a forkliftย truck and simple manual pallet truck.
- To accommodate these ovens, the entranceย doorway must be large enough for the size of your chosen model.
- The stainless steel structure of this oven is designedย for easy transport without suffering damage, and therefore needs no additional packaging.
- Where it is not possible to install aย pre-assembledย mono-block (due to excess size for the entrance or lack of possibility to use crane, fork-lift etc) we suggest our COMPONENTS KIT, which can be assembled on-site
- The oven is supplied with the opening door lock and the marble plate
FUEL
Mod. Base is intended for wood-fuelled cooking.
On your request, it can also be fitted with burners and fuelled with gas.
